We want our people to feel and perform at their best, and we know that we will only achieve this if we look after their wellbeing, from physical and mental health right through to financial and social support.

Our dedicated wellbeing team work closely with our health services and a network of sponsors and advisors who champion wellbeing throughout all our business areas. Together, we’re raising awareness of physical and mental health problems and prevention, as well as providing a range of help and support to those who need it – including mental health first aiders and our 24-hour helpline. We encourage our people to take an active role in their own wellbeing too, with awareness roadshows, key health measurements and access to an online health platform.
